Synopsis[]
The dream chasers rush to save Logan from the Shadowkeep’s dungeon, but the liberators soon become the prisoners in a nightmarish twist of fate.
Netflix: The squad sneaks into the Nightmare Realm to rescue Logan. When he finds out about Z-Blob, the Nightmare King gets an evil idea...
Extended: It's all hands-on deck to rescue Logan from the clutches of the Nightmare King, but Oz and the kids quickly learn that there are more dangerous creatures lurking in the Grim Realm than just grimspawn. In the Shadowkeep, Logan is sprung from his prison cell by his grimspawn ally, Sneak. But why would a grimspawn risk it all to save an agent of the Night Bureau?[1]
Plot[]
Coach Jeffries was at Francis B. Wooley Middle School with excited students in the lunch room, announcing Team Dream Chasers' victory in Sheep Week. However, the team was nowhere to be found, leaving everyone puzzled by their absence. Coach Jeffries couldn't understand why the Dream Chasers would miss their trophy presentation. When a student tried to touch the trophy, Coach Jeffries stopped him firmly.
In the Grim Realm, Mr. Oz came to the conclusion that Logan was the one who took Lunia's Hourglass, leading him to end up in that place. However, Zoey firmly believed that Logan must have had a valid reason for taking it, which Mateo couldn't understand. Mr. Oz explained that their priority should be rescuing Logan before the Nightmare King finds out about them, ensuring that they would retrieve the hourglass in due time. As Night Terrors approached, Mr. Oz warned them about the dangers of Dream Crafting in the Grim Realm, emphasizing the importance of their actions. Albert chose to stay behind in the Spacebus to maintain the engines and provided Mr. Oz with the Edison Bomb as a failsafe. With everything clear, the Dream Chasers and Zoey decided to infiltrate the Shadowkeep and save Logan.
