(The episode begins at Francis B. Wooley Middle School in the Waking World, where Mateo shows Izzie his recent comic book of the Dream Chasers charging towards some Grimspawns)

Izzie: Oh my god, Teo! This is freaking awesome! Did we really kick this much butt?

Mateo: Well, I took a few artistic liberties.

Izzie: (comes across a page of Zoey riding Zian) Whoa! (lowers the book) I'll say.

(They notice Zoey speaking to another student up ahead before she walks away as Mateo waves his hand, but she fails to notice. He then turns to Izzie)

Mateo: (tries to swipe the comic from Izzie, who moves it back) Gimme that!

Izzie: Brosef, just talk to her. (Mateo heads for his locker) Clearly, you want to.

Mateo: (opens his locker) I can't. I never know what to say. I always sound like a total dork.

Izzie: Maybe she likes dorks. (Mateo glares at her as he closes his locker door) Okay, well, just be more confident. You fight nightmare creatures in your sleep for crying out loud!

Mateo: What I can do in the Dream World and the Waking World are two very different things.

Izzie: Even if you don't show this to Zoey, at least let Logan or Cooper see it. This is really good.

Cooper: (approaching them alongside Logan, who holds a sports drink) Oh, could I have a look?

Mateo: (swiping the comic from Izzie) No! Nobody can take a look! Jeez! (walks away, passing by The Wolves)

Wolf 1: Hey, Mateo, look out for The Destroyers! (Mateo stops upon hearing her warning)

Dallas: If the don't knock you out, The Wolves will!

(Mateo continues walking as The Wolves howl at him)

Cooper: Oh, man. (to Izzie) Does your brother's secret comic book have any tips on how to beat those guys at Sheep Week?

Logan: (moves in front of them) Actually, about Sheep Week--

(The bell soon rings, Julie Putnam walks along the hallway)

Julie: Uh, ladies and gentlemen, please make your way to class.

Coach Jeffries: (walks along the hallway, turning to The Wolves) You! Class! Now! Or you're benched for Sheep Week! (They leave as he comes up to Logan as he sips his drink) And, Logan don't drink that stuff! (confiscates it) All that sugar will turn your brains to mush and your muscles to Jell-O!

Logan: This, Coach, is Rad Radioactive. An energy drink that will turn you into an athletic Tyrannosaurus, just like me. (flexes a muscle) You should try it. (walks away with Izzie and Cooper following him)

Coach Jeffries: (looks at the drink, intercepts Beth and another student) You! Class! Now! (They walk away as he started to move while looking at the drink, but soon bumps into Julie, who yelps in shock) Oh! Julie, I didn't see you there!

Julie: Coach Jeffries, my word!

(She walks away as Coach Jeffries continues looking at the drink before taking a sip and resumed walking, drinking the drink as he does so, passing by several posters for Insomniacs Club. Title plays)

(In Julie's classroom, students were doing random activities while Jayden simply sleeps as Julie watched)

Cooper: (to Mateo, who is not looking at him) Are you guys ready? 'Cause I'm no- I'm not sure if I'm ready. Are you ready?

Logan: (to a student next to him as he was throwing a scrunched up ball of paper) And then he came over, and I was like, 'What?" and he's like "Forget about it." and I was like, "No, you forget about it."

Julie: Please settle, everyone. Se... settle.

(They don't listen to her as they continue)

Student: (amidst the chatter) Why am I even in school? You know what I mean, I just wanna- (Indistinct)

Cooper: (amidst the chatter) Logan, Teo, are you guys ready for Sheep Week? 'Cause holy I'm so stressed about this I can't even believe this is happening.

(Some students throw scrunched up papers at Julie, making her yelp as she dodges them, Logan laughs)

Cooper: (whispering to Mateo, who is deep in thought) Teo! Are you listening? Sheep Week starts tomorrow. We are not ready.

Mateo: I know, I know. We gotta train after school. And we're still down a teammate.

Logan: (moving in on their conversation) Actually, guys, I was thinking--

Julie: (sighs as she puts a record on a phonograph, which started to play classical music) I thought we'd listen to some classical music to help us focus on today's algebra lesson. (Walks forward before stopping next to Zoey) Math and music are quite closely correlated and can help relax the body and inspire the mind.

Logan: Classical music? (blows raspberry) This is how you focus, Ms. P. (plays heavy metal music on his phone and moves his head to it. Everyone turns to him)

Julie: Kindly shut off that infernal noise!

Logan: It's just like you were saying, music can inspire the mind. (chuckles)

Cooper: Logan! (gets out of his seat) Logan! (swipes the phone to turn it off)

Julie: ENOUGH! (Everyone, except the still sleeping Jayden, turned to her, gasping in shock. She then sighs out of relief) Where was I? Uh, yes. (stutters) Uh, the test tomorrow.

Cooper: But, it's Sheep Week. (Logan puts his hands behind his head)

Julie: If you focus today, the test tomorrow should not be a problem. (Mateo sighs out boredom) Now, uh, please open your books to page 51.

(Mateo proceeds to do so. Later on, in the cafeteria, Mateo and Cooper were at a table as Z-Blob peeks out of Mateo's front backpack pocket before hiding again)

Cooper: (sighs) How are we gonna study for Ms. Putnam's test and train for Sheep Week? (Logan comes to their table) Look, hey, no offence, Teo, but you need like, major help.

Logan: I can help.

Cooper: (to Logan) I thought you were a Wolf now.

Logan: (pats Cooper's shoulder) Turns out, we work pretty well together. And your first round of tetherball is against The Destroyers. Uh, plus, I already told Dallas I quit The Wolves, so, uh--

Mateo: Wait, who the heck are The Destroyers? They sound fierce?

Cooper: (to Mateo, about Logan) Should we let him back on the team?

Mateo: Yeah, let's do it.

Cooper: (squeals in delight) Team Dream Chasers together again.

Logan: Now, about the test. Obviously, we skip the study part, right?

Izzie: (approaches them with a poster) Serious levels of weirdness alert! (puts it on the table)

Cooper: (looks at it) "The Insomniacs. (picks it up to look closer) Are you having nightmares?" (holds it up, grinning out of amusement) Is that a joke? (They then spot Nova and some students near their table, whispering something to each other) Teo!

Izzie: Obviously, Nova doesn't think so.

Logan: Mm, those kids look kinda beat.

Izzie: (takes the poster) Check this out. Does this not look familiar to you?

Mateo: (takes it to see many eyes of the Nightmare Army on it) Izz, I'm sure it's a coincidence. (The bell rings, everyone starts to leave) Besides, we have bigger pro-- (he notices) Where are you going? (gets out of his seat) I was making a point! (grabs his backpack and moves to catch up with them, not noticing Zoey watching him)

Izzie: Lunch is over, brosef.

(Coach Jeffries peeks out of a classroom, holding another can of Rad Radioactive before emerging out into the hallway to drink it and looks around in a delusional state before he started to head down the hallway. The Dream Chasers start to come out as The Wolves emerge from the classroom ahead of them)

Mateo: Tetherball is just with one ball, right?

Cooper: Hey, does anyone know who is on The Destroyers?

Dallas: (intercepting them with his fellow teammates) If the don't knock you out, The Wolves will! (moves aside and start moving in the opposite direction)

Cooper: (moans in annoyance and frustration) We are so doomed! (Julies pass them as Mateo placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder) There's no way we're gonna be able to train and study after school.

(They then notice Julie about to enter another classroom, only for Mr. Oz to emerge from it and bump into her, knocking her down)

Mr. Oz: Oh, whoa! Ms. Putnam, I'm so sorry. (helps her up) I didn't see you there. (Julie frowns from hearing it. Mr. Oz notices a piano instruction manual among the books) Oh, I, uh, (picks it up as Julie grabbed the rest of her books) I didn't know you played an instrument.

Julie: Oh, not yet. (takes it back from him) I'm studying though I dream of learning piano. It seems so... relaxing. There's a fascinating correlation between math and music, you know. I just don't know how you find the time. (nervously chuckles)

(The Dream Chasers look at each other, awkwardly before looking back at the two teachers)

Mr. Oz: Oh, uh, (clears his throat) this might surprise you, Julie, but, uh, sometimes, your dreams have the answers to your problems. (heads to the classroom door and opens it before Julie heads inside. Mr. Oz then closes the door and leaves)

Logan: (They all watch Mr. Oz walk away) Yo, peeps! (he turns to the others) Are you thinking what I'm thinking?

Izzie: I highly doubt that.

Logan: We should go into the Dream World and get the answers to the test! That way, we can spend all afternoon training instead of studying.

Mateo: What?!

Logan: You heard Mr. Oz.

Cooper: Uh, dude, I don't think that's what he meant. Besides, aren't there like, rules against something like that? It seems wrong.

Logan: Yo, what is the point of being awesome in the Dream World if we can't use it for ourselves every now and then, right?

Mateo: I can't believe I'm saying this, but... (comes up next to Logan, and turns to Izzie and Cooper) Logan's right.

Logan: Of course Logan's right!

Mateo: There are things we can do in the Dream World that we just can't do in the Waking World. (he spots Zoey entering a nearby classroom and smiles)

Logan: We're so doing this. (pats Mateo's shoulder before they start to walk away)

Cooper: Okay, uh... (takes a few steps and stops) How are we gonna find Ms. Putnam in the Dream World?

Izzie: (passes by Cooper) I think I've got an idea.

(They pass by a post of The Insomniacs as it zooms into the eye on the Nightmare King's staff as the Nightmare King looks at it before Susan peeks out from behind the pedestal)

Susan: What are you doing, your Gruesomeness?

Nightmare King: Planning a reunion. (turns to face her before bright sparks came out of the staff, making Susan raise her arms to cover her eyes until it stops, revealing the Nightmare King in his 'Lance' disguise) My dude brother and his friends still have something I need.

(In the Dream World's version of Brooklyn, Izzie holds a triangular compass as she and the Dream Chasers walk along, following the needle's direction)

Cooper: You sure this thing works? I mean, it did come from Mr. Oz's stash of gadgets.

Izzie: I think so. The directions just say, "Locate anyone in the Dream World."

Mr. Hopper: (to a dreamer bouncing like a frog among flying books) What is this, a parade? Get moving, slowpoke! (hops past the dreamer)

Mateo: So, Ms. Putnam spends all day at school, goes home and dreams about... (They come across the Dream World's version of their school) school? (they jump up a sidewalk) No wonder she's so uptight.

Izzie: I feel sorry for her. She needs to relax a little. (They approach the school)

Logan: (moving backwards) What could be more boring than dreams about school?

(Mateo and Izzie open the front doors to peek in and become surprised to see books, sheets of paper, and cans of Rad Radioactive all flying around with locker doors randomly opening and closing. They all enter and stop in the middle of the hallway)

Beth: (flies past while spinning backwards) Hi, Izzie!

Izzie: Hi, Beth.

(Logan spots a nearby can of Rad Radioactive flying close by and jumps to catch it)

Logan: (scowls the can and exhales) Rad Radioactive. Nice. (chuckles) People have some weird dreams about school.

Izzie: Meh, I've had weirder.

Cooper: Alright, let's find Ms. Putnam and get the answers to that test. (Izzie looks at the compass) What does the Locator say?

Mateo: (takes a look for himself) Uh...(the needle on the locator is spinning out of control) I think it's broken. (turns back to the others) Maybe we should split up.

Cooper: Meet back here in 10 minutes?

Logan: Ha, ha, 20 bucks says she's in the library, teaching math to the books. (turns around to walk away with Cooper accompanying him)

(Mateo moves ahead while Izzie stayed where she was, until he spots Zoey, in her Waking World attire, entering a room) Huh?

Izzie: Hey, brosef, que pasa? (starts to head over to him)

Mateo: Uh, I'll catch up. (heads in Zoey's direction)

Izzie: Where are you going?

Mateo: To do something I can't do in the Waking World.
