(The episode begins in a classroom at Francis B. Wooley Middle School, where class was in session doing a test while Julie Putnam reads a book. Izzie writes answers on her test sheet and starts to think a bit before looking to her right and gasped when she saw Nova was currently sleeping at her desk, snoring and shaking a little)

Izzie: (whispering) Nova, wake up! '’(looks at Julie then turns back to Nova, who turned her head around, and nudges her)

Nova: (wakes up) Huh, what? I… (looks at her sheet and gasps) The quiz! (starts to swiftly write on her sheet as Izzie watched her with concern)

(In the hallway, the bell rang as students start exiting their classrooms, talking amongst themselves. Nova had her head slouched down)

Izzie: (comes up behind Nova) Nova, wait up! (she turns to her) You look like you haven't slept in a week.

Nova: M… my nightmares are so bad, I… I'm afraid to go to sleep at night.

Izzie: I'm so sorry.

Nova: Yeah, well, (scratches her head) thanks for waking me up when you did. I was about to get eaten by a giant, creepy wolf. (leaves to join Jayden, Max, and Emil, all of whom also slouch their heads as they all start to walk away while Izzie watches with concern)

(Outside at the track, Z-Blob jumps along an open pizza box, swiftly scarfing down all the slices before spinning in delight, sending his slime flying towards Mateo, Cooper, Logan, and Zoey)

Cooper: (gasps when some slime hits him) Ew!

(Some slime hits Mateo and Logan)

Mateo: Ugh!

Logan: Hey!

Mateo: Z!

Zoey: (some slime hits her) Gross, Z! (wipes off the slime and slams the pizza box down, trapping him inside)

(Cooper holds up Lunia's hourglass and looks at it curiously, which Mateo notices)

Mateo: Dude, put that away. (looks around)

Cooper: Relax, no one knows what it is here. Mr. Oz and Albert can't figure this thing out, so, I offered to give it a shot.

Izzie: (rushing over to them as Z-Blob manages to get out of the box) I just saw The Insomniacs! We have to help them!

Mateo: We're trying, Iz. Once we get Lunia's hourglass working, we'll be able to stop the Nightmare King's corruption of the Dream World.

Izzie: But that could take forever! We need to do something right now.

Zoey: Like what?

Izzie: They're scared of their bad dreams, (Z-Blob passes by and jumps towards the slice of pizza Logan was about to eat, only for him to jump and grab it, shocking Logan, who lets go, and Z-Blob swallows the slice and Logan shrieked before looking down at him) but we could give them some good ones.

Mateo: You know what happened when we messed with Miss Putnam's dream.

Cooper: Even I barely passed her pop quiz.

Logan: Wait, you passed it.

Izzie: Please, Teo? We're not trying to take advantage of them. We're trying to help them get a good night's sleep.

Mateo: I'm just not sure it's a good idea, Iz.

Cooper: Look, giving them good dreams for a change might stop them from stirring up any more trouble. (looks at the hourglass and gasps)

Izzie: Well?

Logan: When have I ever gotten in the way of a dumb plan? (brings his hands behind his head)

Izzie: (jumps in joy) Yes! Now, to make sure The Insomniacs have the most amazing dream ever, we take them to the one place where life is super sweet and yummy, the Candy Realm!

(Title plays. In the Nightmare King's palace in the Dream World, Sneak, Snivel, and Susan eavesdrop on the Nightmare King chastizing the Night Hunter and snigger)

Nightmare King: No talent, you're never on time, you don't do as I ask, you're not nearly scary enough. I need nightmares! It's been months since you've given me any good news! (The Night Hunter scowls) You. Are. Useless! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!

Snivel: Ooh, the Nightmare King is steamed.

(They all turn to their left to see the pouting Night Hunter)

Night Hunter: (sarcastically) Enjoying the show, are we? (passes by) Since you have so much free time on your hands, (stops and turns back to them) why don't you go muck out the Night Mare's stall?

Susan: Dang it!

Sneak: Yes, boss.

Snivel: All right! (Sneak and Susan glare at him, and Sneak started to growl)

Night Hunter: NOW!

(They immediately start to run with Sneak bumping into the Night Hunter before catching up with Snivel and Susan as they move to hide behind a column and try to catch their breath)

Sneak: You know, every time the Nightmare King gets mad at the Night Hunter, we get punished. How is that fair?

Susan: It ain't. And on top of that, (gets out a banana) the food here stinks.

Snivel: Wait, where'd you get food? (tries to grab it, but Susan pulls it back, causing him to trip)

(Quite soon, Sneak and Snivel start to go for it as Susan moves out of the way with each charge)

Sneak: Mine! I want your banana! (crashes into Snivel and they both fall down)

Susan: Hey, hands off the produce, mack!

(Susan then uses the banana to smack Snivel)

Snivel: Hey!

Sneak: (immediately smacked by her banana) Ow! (rubs his sore cheek) You know, we could clean the Night Mare's stall, or we could visit a Dream Realm with some decent food.

Susan: You mean, like… a vacation?

Sneak: (nervously) Yes.

(Snivel and Susan look at each other before whooping and jump a little)

Susan: Let's get this party started! (tosses her banana in the air and walks away as the banana lands in front of Snivel, who moves to catch up, only to slip on the banana and fall down, but quickly gets back up and runs off)
