Season 2, subtitled Night of the Never Witch, is the second installment of DREAMZzz. It was released on May 17, 2024. A teaser was released on April 19, 2024 following with the trailer which was released on April 24, 2024.
A trailer for the second part released on August 20, 2024 with the rest of the episodes was released on September 6, 2024 in the US.

The Dream Chasers are Back: Are you ready for your wildest dreams to get even wilder? The dream chasers are back with more awesome dream crafts! But the Never Witch is back stealing memories and brewing something even more sinister. A pinch of chaos, trouble, and toil, she’s cooking up mischief and letting it boil![3]
Netflix: As a new enemy called the Never Witch gains power in the Dream World, the Dream Chasers fight to prove they have what it takes to defeat her.
Newsroom: The season opens with a bang as the Never Witch breaks out of the Murky Realm, where she had been imprisoned by the Nightmare King. Once escaped, the Never Witch uses her powers to steal memories, create a group of evil doppelgangers and capture dream realms in indestructible doom-domes. The fate of the entire dream world is on the line as the Never Witch begins her master spell to end dreaming forever, and only the dream chasers can stop her![4]

Mateo Abandons His Dreamer Duty: Since Z-Blob became a guardian, Mateo’s been abandoning his duty to other dreamers. Yeah, it sucks to lose someone you care about, but he needs to accept his mistakes otherwise the dream world is going to suffer.[7]

- In Episode 9, with the help of the Night Hunter, kidnaps Mateo and soon after she creates MadTeo which she orders him to pierce the heart of Castle Nocturnia's guardian, Phil.
- In Episode 10, the Never Witch manages to doom-dome Castle Nocturnia and the entire Night Bureau except most of the Brooklyn Bureau and Astrid.
- In Episode 14, the Never Witch sends her doppelgangers to snatch the Spiral Key and Eye of Confusion but was outraged as the doppelgangers brought her the key but failed to get the Eye of Confusion. But ultimately, in Episode 15, the Never Witch snatches the Eye of Confusion with the Gnorfs' help and soon after betrayed them and doom-domes the Fantasy Realm.
- In Episode 16, the Never Witch returns to the Grim Realm and managed to learn the location of the Crown of Control by going through the Nightmare King's memories and earned her revenge by stabbing him in the heart, doom-doming the Grim Realm.
- In Episode 18, the Never Witch snatches the Crown of Control and starts her master spell.
- In Episode 20, the Never Witch re-experiences the memory of her sister leaving and with some help from Zoey, the Never Witch manages to conquer change. Moving on from her past and moves to the Fantasy Realm to build her new life.
- The Never Witch is focused in Episodes 1, 2, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 20.

- It was confirmed at the 2023 SDCC that the second season of DREAMZzz will be released in 2024.[36]
- According to Tommy Andreasen, Mr. Oz states that the Night Bureau is funded poorly.[37]
