Nova and another student chat with Izzie in the hallway before Mateo pulls her into the library.
Chased Dreamers[]
In the Dream World, Nova gets targeted by the Nightmare creatures that she ended up with insomnia and neglected to look after the hamster she and Izzie were assigned to. Later on, she was targeted again before Izzie came to her rescue, followed by Mateo, Logan, and Cooper. Using a big wheel Cooper dream crafted, they manage to get away with Nova remembering her mother's warning about eating sugar before bed and disappears to return to the Waking World.
The Bigger Picture[]
At some point, Nova founded The Insomniacs, a group of school kids plagued with nightmares. In the Dream World, Izzie comes across her, Max, and Emil in a classroom drawing an eye if the Nightmare King.
Short Sheeped[]
Nova watched Team Dream Chasers and The Wolves compete in a soccer match from the crowd of spectators.
The Grim Escape[]
Nova was present at the award ceremony for Dream Chasers' victory, only to become confused when they weren't present.
Dreamers' Block[]
Nova started to spread posters of The Insomniacs with Z-Blob and the Nightmare King on them, believing aliens, spoiled meatloaf, or a secret organization is involved. She later talked with Coach Jeffries about his reason for questioning students about their dreams and what they mean.
Private Eye[]
While preparing to check out a book on dreams and conspiracies at the library, Nova discovers Logan's cap moving on its own and catches it. She later tries to prove it to everyone in the hallway, only to be brushed off when it doesn't move, undeterred, she starts to continue her search before opening Mateo's locker and spills out all his drawings. When Julie Putnam sees them, she thinks they're for the upcoming Fall Festival.
Sweet Dreams[]
Nova was asleep in Julie's class before Izzie managed to wake her up. Hoping to get her to have a good night's sleep, the Dream Chasers take Nova and The Insomniacs to the Candy Realm, where they, along with Snivel, Sneak, and Susan have a great time before the Night Hunter showed up, only to be scared off by Cooper's crocodile transformed car. When she tells Mateo and Izzie the following morning, they pretend not to know about their adventure. However, the rejuvenated Nova tells The Insomniacs that they can now think clearly on the conspiracies.
Night Hunted[]
Nova and Jayden trick Julie into letting her help the Dream Chasers build the maze for the Fall Festival and talks her way into having a sleepover at Mateo and Izzie's apartment so that she can question them. Unfortunately, Mateo managed to deceive her by making her watch a presentation of Julie's lecture on the piano on his tablet to get her to fall asleep. She was then woken up when Izzie nudged her in her sleep before helping her wake up, only to come across a Night Terror for the first time. When Mateo, who woke up himself, grabs its attention, Nova, on his signal, turned on the lights, which sends the Night Terror exiting through a window, and Nova demands to know what is going on.
The Rift[]
Nova attacks Logan upon seeing him wearing a Night Terror mask, only to stop upon realizing. She later offered her and the Insomniac's help the find the Night Terror from before, but is told not to. When Dallas got infected by the Night Terror, they have her find Mr. Oz so that he can find the solution. She later helps ambush it in the maze.
Night of the Never Witch[]
At some point, the Dream Chasers recruited Nova to search for rifts, along with Sneak.
Sheep Freak[]
Nova and Sneak track a Doom Sheep with Sneak giving off sheep related puns, to Nova's annoyance before they locate the rift and head out to assist in sending the Doom Sheep into the Dream World through the rift. Later on, Nova was among many to oppose Logan about to beatbox before Celia Strick showed up to inform them the situation is high level. She later has lunch with the rest of the team the following morning, and while discussing how to track the Doom Sheep, Nova was amazed at how Logan put a camera in the observatory so he can keep an eye on Sneak. Learning the Doom Sheep is like the school's mascot, Nova goes with Izzy, Zoey, and Logan as try to find the dreamer who cause the rift by scaring students with sheep masks, without success as everyone was frightened by them. When the Doom Sheep reappeared, she and Sneak repeat their role to track it and the rift.

Wake That Dreamer[]
Nova and Sneak track down some monster pizza boxes that came in through a rift to the Candy Realm.
Appearance[]
Nova has shoulder length mahogany hair, wears a purple and pink sweatshirt with white streaks between the pink lines of the front and sleeves, black pants, pink belt and pink sneakers. Her pyjamas are purple with a sleeping sloth hang on a tree branch. In "Chased Dreamers," from "Dreamer's Block" to "Sweet Dreams," and her videos, she has bangs underneath her eyes.
Personality[]
Originally, Nova was a quiet girl, until she started to suffer from insomnia, which led her to hardly sleep and became delusional, until the Dream Chasers took her to the Candy Realm, but it only rejuvenated her to continue her efforts on investigating them. After helping the Dream Chasers defeat the Night Terror, she became more involved, informing the Dream Chasers of wherever a rift is opened alongside Sneak.
Relationships[]
Izzie[]
Izzie is Nova's best friend, until the latter started The Insomniacs and began to investigate Izzie's involvement with the Dream Chasers, until she encountered a Night Terror and began assisting the Dream Chasers.
Sneak[]
She appears to have a positive relationship with sneak, both of them tracking down rifts in the waking world. However, she does seem annoyed with his jokes.
