The dark doppelgangers[2][3] are nightmare creatures created by the Never Witch, made in the image of the Brooklyn Bureau.
History[]
Night of the Never Witch[]
After the Never Witch manages to kidnap Mateo and take his worst tendencies, the Never Witch soon after manages to create MadTeo which then went to Castle Nocturnia and pierced Phil's heart using the Never Witch's staff managing to doom-dome Castle Nocturnia along with most of the Night Bureau exception to the young Brooklyn Bureau members and Astrid who managed to escape.
