History[]
Trials of the Dream Chasers[]
The Anomaly[]
Strick shows up at the Brooklyn Bureau, having discovered an anomaly inside it. Seeing more kids, Celia reprimanded Mr. Oz, reminding him of what happened last time. Telling them her objective, they believe the anomaly was a Night Terror they previously defeated before Mr. Oz took her to talk about it, only for her to lock him in his office to find the anomaly. Upon discovering Z-Blob, which is the anomaly she detected, she tried to grab him, only for Logan to accidentally shoot her with the Rememberator, a device that which it makes Strick act like a baby, during which Z-Blob was knocked out of a window.
While Mateo went to grab Z-Blob, the others try to keep Strick from messing with random object, including Lunia's Hourglass, until Mateo returned, along with Cooper, who fixed the device, and reverted her to normal. Having no memory of ever being a baby, Strick leaves them be, only to discover Z-Blob is still on radar, but seemingly forgets about it.
Dreamers' Block[]
Celia shows up at Francis B. Wooley Middle School, where she introduces herself to Coach Jeffries, pretending to be a psychologist in order to interview the student about their dreams after seeing a poster of Z-Blob and the Nightmare King from The Insomniacs.
Monkey and the Bandit[]
Strick and two other agents arrive at headquarters, revealing she was responsible for the lock the other day before finally grabbing Z-Blob in a capsule and places a tracker on a protesting Mateo, relieving him and the others, threatening to remove their abilities if they disrupt other dreamers. As she prepared to examine Z-Blob, Mr. Oz, who was delirious from Albert being captured by the Night Hunter, swapped him for Albert's bobblehead figure on Mateo's insistence before the latter escaped with Z-Blob, locking the two of them in the building. After managing to get out, Celia and Mr. Oz took the Spacebus and followed the trackers to the Nightmare Galleon, where she saw the Dream Chasers' true intentions before helping rescue the captured dreamers. She was then knocked off the bus when the Night Hunter cut the harpoon zip line, but is saved by Z-Blob, crafted into a safety net. The following morning, Celia discreetly meets with the Dream Chasers to reinstate them, as well as deputizing Z-Blob as a reward for saving her before being pestered by Izzie, wanting an I.D. badge.
Enter the Nightmare[]
Celia arrives at the Fall Festival too late while the rift was still open.
Night of the Never Witch[]
Sheep Freak[]
Celia arrives at the Brooklyn Bureau, telling them about their current anomaly before expressing her disappointment at how they recruited Sneak and tells them that Royce has invited them to meet him due to their actions in capturing the Nightmare King.
Memory Chasers[]
Celia, wearing a standard Night Bureau agent uniform, greets the Brooklyn Bureau at Castle Nocturnia.
Witchy Ways[]
Celia was with Astrid while watching Royce assign the Brooklyn Bureau to clean up the supply room. Later, Celia gets attacked by mass Bed Bugs that Phil released to distract the Night Bureau for the Dream Chasers to confront the Never Witch. After Izzie regained her memories, she accompanied Mr. Oz and Royce before the latter suspends their branch, however, with Celia's help, Mr. Oz insists on giving them a second chance, to which Royce reinitiates the R.E.M. trials.
Beat the Clock[]
Celia was next to Royce, overlooking the Beat the Clock trial before expressing her frustration when Astrid broke a newly repaired window to chase the alarm clock.
Wake That Dreamer[]
Celia was next to Royce, overlooking the final trial, which Astrid, Takashi, and MadTeo, masquerading as the real Mateo, pass the trial.

Relationships[]
Mr. Oz[]
Mr. Oz originally outranked Celia until Hannah's near death experience, his declining of being Grand Inspector of the Night Bureau, and lack of communication, effectively becoming Chief Inspector. She was, at first, not fond of him recruiting Mateo, Izzie, Cooper, and Logan, as well as Z-Blob's presence, until she learnt their actions were to prevent the Nightmare King from invading the Waking World and slowly begun to respect them. When Royce suspended the Brooklyn Bureau for going against orders to chase the Never Witch, Celia took Mr. Oz's side to get the former to reconsider.
Brooklyn Bureau[]
Celia was originally against the Brooklyn Bureau's members being kids, until she realized their actions were to prevent the Nightmare King from invading the Waking World, even personally giving her badge to Z-Blob. Months after they incarcerated the nightmare King, Celia arrived to invite them to meet her superior, Royce, and personally greets them when they arrived. When Royce suspended them, Celia helped getting Royce to reconsider.
Sneak[]
Not much is known about the relationship between Sneak and Celia. However, in Sheep Freak, Sneak did seem to show some level of respect towards her, albeit by calling her “Stricky-Baby.” However, Celia, said she did not approve of Sneak jointing the bureau, much to his disappointment.
