Boxed In is the tenth episode of the third season of DREAMZzz and the fiftieth overall.
Synopsis[]
Z-Blob returns in a daring rescue to break Mateo out of Dreamsmasher's box and helps him find Lunia's hourglass![1]
Mateo is saved by Z-Blob who has returned to unbox him from Dreamsmasher's prison. The two dream chasers unbox the rest of their team and wreak havoc in the GLOWING ORB in order to try and retrieve Lunia's hourglass and save the dream world from harm. But not everything is as it appears, as Mateo's plan seems to go more smoothly than he had imagined.[2]
Plot[]
Mateo is thrown into a Dream Box before being moved like a ragdoll, due to the Brain Drone handling him. Once he was shelved, Z-Blob manages to break in and gets Mateo out. Unsure of where the others are in the Dream Boxes, Mateo and Z-Blob sneak into the Dream creature sorting division, where they manage to snag Migo's tablet to find the rest of the team, as well as learning the hourglass Dreamsmasher had destroyed was a fake.
With the odds against them, they convince Migo and the Nightmare King to put aside their differences against Lunia and form a truce. Inspired, both the Dream creatures and the Nightmare creatures attack the Cyber villains, but just as Mateo was about to lose, Lunia's hourglass comes to him, essentially giving him the title of Dream Keeper before defeating the Cyber villains and dissolves Happy App.
However, it all turned out to be a simulation as José had placed headsets on Mateo, Izzie, and Zoey in their sleep, as was Cooper by his mother, and Logan by his mothers. Z-Blob tries to remove Mateo's headset, to no avail.
